Terms and conditions of sale
Article 1 - Purpose and scope
These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms") govern all sales concluded on the site holograbme.com (the "Site") between Holograbme (the "Seller") and any natural person acting outside a business (the "Customer"). Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 - Seller identification
The Site is published and operated by Holograbme, a sole trader under the French micro-entreprise regime.

Article 3 - Products
The products offered for sale are those shown on the Site on the day it is viewed, while stocks last. Each product comes with a description of its essential characteristics. Photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot engage the Seller's liability for a minor difference in appearance, shade or light rendering.
Article 4 - Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. As the Seller falls under the VAT exemption scheme (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), no VAT is charged. Any delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The product is invoiced on the basis of the rate in force when the order is confirmed.
Article 5 - Orders
The Customer places an order online through the Site's purchase flow. The order is only final once payment has been confirmed. A summary email is sent to the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order that appears abnormal or that comes from a Customer with whom a dispute exists.
Article 6 - Payment terms
Payment is made online, securely, by bank card or by any other means offered at checkout. The Site never has access to the Customer's full banking details, as processing is handled by a secure payment provider.
Article 7 - Delivery
Products are shipped to the address given by the Customer. Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after payment is confirmed. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 working days in France and Europe, counted from dispatch. Delivery is free. These times are indicative. If a product arrives damaged, the Customer reports it as soon as possible to contact@holograbme.com.
Article 8 - Transfer of ownership and risk
Ownership transfers as soon as payment is confirmed. The risk of loss or damage transfers when the product is physically handed over to the Customer.
Article 9 - Right of withdrawal
Under articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. To exercise it, the Customer notifies the Seller of the decision before the deadline, by email to contact@holograbme.com or using the model form below. The Customer then returns the product within 14 days of that notification. Return costs remain payable by the Customer. The product must be returned as new, unused, in its original packaging. The Seller refunds all sums paid within 14 days of recovering the product or of proof of its dispatch, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
Exclusion: under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised (products carrying a photo, a first name or a personalised text).

Article 10 - Returns and refunds
The terms are set out in the Return and refund policy available on the Site. Any return must be preceded by contact at contact@holograbme.com in order to obtain the procedure and the return address.
Article 11 - Legal guarantees
Independently of any commercial guarantee, the Customer benefits from:
the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code), which allows action within two years of delivery of the goods and a choice between repair or replacement, without having to prove the existence of the defect during the twenty-four months following delivery;
the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code), which allows a choice between cancelling the sale or a reduction in price under article 1644 of the French Civil Code.

Article 12 - Customer service and complaints
For any question or complaint, the Customer contacts the Seller at contact@holograbme.com. The Seller undertakes to reply as promptly as possible.
Article 13 - Personal data
The data collected is processed as described in the Privacy policy. Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, the Customer has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, exercised at contact@holograbme.com.
Article 14 - Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, visuals, images, logo, trademarks) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without the Seller's prior authorisation, is prohibited.
Article 15 - Force majeure
The Seller's liability cannot be engaged where non-performance results from a case of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Article 16 - Consumer mediation
Under articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute, provided a written complaint has first been sent to the Seller.
Article 17 - Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer first approaches the Seller for an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
