Return and refund policy
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. To exercise it, contact us at contact@holograbme.com. Personalised products (engraving of a photo, a first name or a text made at your request) are excluded, under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Returns
Beyond the statutory period, we accept returns for up to 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Before returning anything, contact us at contact@holograbme.com to obtain the procedure and the return address. No parcel should be sent back without contacting us first. Return shipping costs remain payable by the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will let you know by email whether the refund is accepted or declined. If accepted, it is issued within 14 days to the payment method used for the order.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, check your bank account, then contact your bank, as processing can take some time. If the problem persists, write to us at contact@holograbme.com.
Exchanges
We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. For an exchange, contact us at contact@holograbme.com.
Faulty or damaged product
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 14 days at contact@holograbme.com, attaching a photo. We will replace it or refund it, with return shipping at our expense.
Legal guarantees
You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code), valid for two years from delivery, as well as from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
