Shipping policy

Order preparation
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after payment is confirmed. No shipments take place on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery area
We ship worldwide.

Delivery times
Estimated times, counted from dispatch, are indicative and may vary during busy periods:

• France and Europe: 6 to 11 working days
• Rest of the world: 7 to 15 working days depending on the destination

Delivery costs
Delivery is free on all orders.

Order tracking
A dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link is sent to the customer as soon as the parcel leaves. Tracking is also available from the "Track my order" page.

Delay or delivery problem
In the event of an abnormal delay, a parcel not received, or a product damaged on arrival, the customer contacts contact@holograbme.com. We do everything we can to resolve the situation quickly.

Delivery address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided. Holograbme cannot be held liable for a failed delivery resulting from a wrong or incomplete address.
